Hey mate welcome!
For performance parts, your best places to look are Hensperformance, RPW and LLT racing. They will have most if not all of the components for doing the majority of mods like handling/steering/suspension upgrades and bolt-on performance parts. Aesthetically, marketplace will still provide some CE coupe' MR parts like front chin spoilers/foglights/sideskirts/VRX mirage wings etc.
The cyborg zr (as you may know) has the DOHC 1.6 4G92 mivec engine, which sadly are becoming very hard to get a hold of in recent times. That being said, engine swap options are plentiful and some are relatively easy to achieve with some mechanical knowhow, research and a bit of time. You could also look at getting the 4G92 head imported from somewhere like NZ, and placing it onto a 4G93.
The most tried and tested engine swap is the 1.8l SOHC 4G93, as found in the coupe's and sedans of our same generation. This is by far the easiest as it is just a complete and straight swap of the looms, engine, trans and accessories, and is a great budget upgrade for the mirage, which then leaves you the option of turbocharging the 93 (the mirage/lancer 4G15 1.5 does not like boost all that much). You could also look into the 2.4 MIVEC 4g69 swap which is what I'm doing, or the 4G94 from the CH platform (although it is a bit of a wiring nightmare), 6A12M V6 from the FTO, or 3.8L 6G75 from the 380 if you are crazy enough.
Dollar for dollar, a 4G93 plus turbo swap will most likely net you the best results depending on knowledge, time and budget, but don't be afraid to search the forums and throw messages in the shoutbox!
Hope this helps
