DOHC Conversion

Hey guys. I have 2000 ce lancer 1.8 L 4g93. I was interested in a DOHC conversion. I am also planning on getting 4-1 headers, high flow cat, cat back exhaust and a cai.
So i want to know where can i get the dohc conversion
How much dohc conversion costs
what sort of kw increase can i expect
what other mods (like cams or high comp pistons, ecu etc) can i do? what would u guys recommend?
I wanna stay n/a.
Car is automatic
