Did any of the old mirage models have power windows/central locking

VRX mirage will, but you are better off looking for an MR coupe, they are far more common, and will also help for if you wanted to do your engine swap, buy one car, use all the parts off that, engine, wiring harness, interior, central locking etc. The power windows and mirrors are a direct bolt on, as your car should have the wiring harness there on either end of the dash to be fed through into the doors

Thank you im having trouble doing this myself if I get all the parts could a car electrician do this if so what would the general price point be
 
It really is a fairly easy job, just fiddly. Have a look at the threads for installation you were commenting on before. An auto sparky would probably a couple of hundred, you would need to get quotes. Bear in mind there actually isn't any 'wiring' involved, its just plugging in two harnessess. Things like this are rewarding to do yourself and learn from. You really can't mess it up, just have a look at the thread, take some photos and give it a whack yourself, you got it :)
