CG VRX / ES vs LS Bumper

Hi, was after help/advice ;)
A couple of years ago I decided that I wanted the VRX kit on my LS lancer. So I bought an OEM VRX front bar (assuming that it'll fit), and I also picked up an OEM VRX front lip & rear lip. I found that the LS rear bumper is too wide for the VRX rear lip to fit on. So after studying some pictures and comparing the VRX bumper to the ES, I came to the conclusion that they were the same size bumper and that the rear lip should fit on the ES bumper.
But before I go gung-ho and buy an ES bumper, I was wondering if anyone on here knew for certain if the ES bumper would bolt directly on to my LS, and if the VRX lip should fit nicely on the ES bumper? I'm almost 100% certain that it should. Reason why I'm asking is because the rear is the only part missing in my collection of body kit pieces :) As soon as I've come up with a solution I'm ready to take the lancer to get it all painted!
Thanks & here is a pic of what I mean!

is that just taped on? i was going to say arnt u meant to take off the mud flaps?
will look good when fitted properly

did you but the vrx kit out of aus by anychance? cuz we have smaller bumpers than the us etc.. i found that out the hard way. my front lip didnt fit so had to mod the *poo* out of it to fit

but it looks like u cud just heat it up and bend it in? hold it with a clamp or something and put tonnes of liquid nails or silicon sealer in there. thats what i did ;)

thanks man! yep that's scotch tape holding it on ;) The mud flaps are off now, but it's too short by about 3cm on each side. I can't wait to see it all finished if I can get it looking the way i want.

Oliver yeah I have a feeling I got some modding ahead of me too. All parts were bought in oz, but doesn't mean that I won't encounter problems. I prob will use the heat gun on it if all else fails. Thanks for the idea :D

Im pretty sure from memory the LS bumper is longer out the front, so maybe it's the same with the rear? I don't think you'll have any fitment dramas ES to LS body. If you wanna go wide at the rear I have an E7 rear bar at home...I also learnt the hard way that Evo 7's dont match upto CG's.

I will definately give you a heads up about the evo7 bar if my plan fails. It sucks that it doesn't directly bolt on, because the evo7 kit looks great on the CG.
