Bodykit Fitting - not flush with car

I have a droid bodykit fitted on my CE (yeah i know some people dont like em, but it was on when i bought it and its one of the lasts on my to do list cause it looks average anyways)

I have a problem with the sideskirts, they are not flush with the car and sort of have a 0.5cm gap at the rear. looks ghey and I'd prefer it not there, but dont know how to fix, the kit is bolted on fair tight so its not come loose, any ideas? or has it warped and shat itself? maybe i could smooth the gap with like liquid nails and spray it or something? i dunno so lost

Sorry i dont have a pic as of yet.

get pics, so we can advise better

is it part of that kit that normally sticks out or has it bent and is now poking out?
or is it a gap at the top of the side skirt?

if its the side skirt gap at the top, if your keen to diy it, you can unbolt it and get rid of the sealant that is sticking it on, clean it all up, and reattach it more flush
or take it to a pannel beater to fix up

cheers, effing annoying lol :( could i put some sealant in the gap and smooth it? or would that turn to sheet?

cover metal body in some plastic wrap
rub back bodykit (ie: remove paint/dead animals/clear coat/gel coat etc)
build up gap with firbrous bog
sand/resincoat/prime/paint
unwrap body
voila'
