Hey guys so i havent really been on auslancer forum for awhile coz ive veen busy working, and training.
Basically i plan to sell my lancer 97 gli either next month or the month after coz i will be buying a dc5r.
What ive installed in my car -
- new windscreen wipers
- kumho ecsta spt tyres
- starcorp racing white rims
- alpine deck cde-121e
- hens CAI
- king spring super lows
- and i bought new car mats the other day lol

I also had it go through a full service last month.
How much should do you guys think i can sell it for or what should be the selling price? Ive looked at carsales.com and most 97/98 lancers are selling for around 4-5 grand. So is that the price i should put up aswell?

Any help is greatly appreciated thanks

redbook say 1.4k-3.2k if it has between 140k-240k on the clock. so 4-5k is pushing it

Also get an earlier model Integra as the dc5 is hairdresser spec'd. dc2 perhaps, the dc5 is not as much fun and has quite poor rear visibility.

Mods don't really add any value to the car, they will usually actually devalue it a bit and make it harder to sell. You'd probably be better off replacing most of the mods with the standard stuff if you've still got it and sell the parts off separately.

Btw I plan to buy my dc5r in august so would it be best to start selling this car a month before or start selling now?

Huh what u mean dc5 is hairdresser spec'd?

Thanks all for the ultra quick replies lol

It's possibly the worst Integra and is possibly why they stopped making them. The Type R we got in the country is crap compared to the Jap version. If it's what you want though go for it, just my opinion from working on honda's/driving them.

Whaaaaat really? Whats so bad about it? Do u rkn type s would be the better option then? Or dc2r?

Lol yeah mannual is a must. My lancer is manual i hate driving autos lol so the integra will also be a manual

Type S is worse than type R, up to you. Go out and drive a few different ones and make your decision.
