Hi all,
New member first post.
I am in the process of building a CH 2lT 4g94 into a 1998 CE coupe.
So far we have bolted the CE 5 speed to the 4g94 and have it sitting in the engine bay (minus the front engine mount which I have ordered 4g93) we are using the PCM (ECU) from the 4g94 with the full wiring loom. And the elec conversion is a nightmare. IMG_20230403_093834_01.jpg
I don't know if someone has had a crack at this before but if you have could you please give me any advice?
And is there anything you know that might trip me up ?

Also is there a way to delete the Immobiliser?
Is the input to the ECU a coded one or is it just a output signal from the Immobiliser unit to the ECU.
 
Since the imob introduction around 1997 the Imob signal has been encrypted between the imob box and the ECU.

Only reliable way to disable it is to have the ECU retuned to suit,
 
I'm attempting to get the original immobiliser from the guy I got the motor from but it might not happen. Can the code be read from the 4g15 and programmed to the 4g94?
 
You can remove the imob from the 4g94 ECU.

As for wiring guides, it’s very similar for 4g15 to 4g93 conversion. There’s a lot of info available for that swap.

Imob deletes will not be easy to google, it’s basically a how to guide on car theft. Off the clock motorsports on facebook can probably help you out. Maybe Hens or LLT.

Otherwise buy a tactrix and READ.
