Whistling noise while the engine is cold

Hi all, I have an almost brand new Lances ES 2.0 automatic. It is about 1.2 years old, 40000 Km, and under the warranty. I`ve just noticed that while the engine is cold and I`m driving when I push the accelerator I used to hear a strange whistling noise. If I not push the accelerator, or it is in N state(and just push the accelerator), everything is fine. I showed that to a mechanic, he heard that noise, but he hadn`t any idea. I told last time in the service I hear something strange whistling noise from the front while I`m driving and when I push the accelerator, but they told the engine is fine, everything is fine, so don`t worry about... We had a trip from Sydney to Melbourne and back last week, and the car was perfect...So I don`t know what is that noise :(

Do you have any idea what is that noise?

It's going to be really hard for anyone to diagnose without seeing it in person. Perhaps find someone else with a CJ and take it for a spin to see if it makes the same noise.

I'd be wondering though if something in the air intake isn't sealing correctly. For a start trying seeing that the air box is sealed up correctly...
 
I had a similar problem, turned out to be the throttle body. Just give it a good clean.
