Upgrades for my 05 lancer VRX?

Aye guys, I just bought my Lancer and am new to getting aftermarcket stuff. Just wanting to get some opinions for what mods I should do for my Lancer.I was thinking of changing the headlights with a set of angel eyes with a red progectile. Maybe get an evo 8 wing?? not sure exactly let me know what you guys think. I was also gonna get an exhust system not sure exaclty what sound I am looking for. Hit me up some ideas guys!

Hey man. Defs go the projectors with angel eyes. I have em and it looks so Much better than stock
 
Off eBay from America. I think they were like 400 all up maybe a bit less. Get white halos tho otherwise you will probably get pulled up very sooner or later ;)
