Throttlebody will bolt up yes. To get any real benifit though, you will need to pull your intake manifold off and enlarge the intake hole to 60mm (Stock is 50mm). Also, will need to see if you are running a 3-wire or 4-wire TPS. From memory, CE1's ran a 4-wire, possibly some CE2's. Evo 6.5 i believe ran a 3-wire. The 4th wire in the early CE's was used for a home position i think). It is not possible to run a 3-wire TPS on an factory ECU designed to run with a 4-wire TPS. If you are running an aftermarket stand alone ECU, you can do whatever you want - I did this swap with a Haltech E8.
Also note the ISC valve may also have a different plug\connector. All the wires are there though, may just need to aquire a different plug and re-wire.
