tail lights

hey guys,

i got a a broken altezza tail light, n was looking around for new ones,

just curious, are all ce lights the same, as in will my coupe be able to fit sedan tail lights or ce evo tail lights?

they should right?
 
There are kinked or unkinked tailights,

If you have this type of boot you want kinked.

IIRC, you put either light in either boot, its just the top part wont line up properly.
 
they are not kinked, they will not fit, but if you look hard enough you will find some the exact same design that are kinked ;)
 
Evos have the unkinked (from my research)

So you will either need to swap your boot to a non kinked one like.
Or you can just put up with light not lining up.

All of this could be wrong, I have a CC so all this is what I have learnt, i have never done this.

this is LNCR8D's old lancer, he got un kinked lights on a kinked boot, didnt really make too much of a difference, just slight

yeh ima get the ones res looked up, not sure wether red or the black ones yet, i might also order the front projectors while im at it too
 
in that first pic, they are also running unkinked lights on a kinked boot.

imo it looks bad. you want good fitment man.
 
im running flat tails on a kinked boot atm... D:
waiting for the new boot to be painted, its definitly not the best look if you can avoid it
