Scangauge Alernative for CE

Hey guys,

I was looking into getting a scangauge for my 98 ce lancer, to try to decrease my fuel consumption. But, the scangauges aren't compatible according to their website. Do you guys know if there is anything like the scangauge that works with the lancer that gives an instantaneous fuel consumption reading?

Your fuel consumption should already be pretty good.
Check your tire pressures, and drive "economically"

Also calculate how many L/100km you get and see if it uses more fuel than it should, as this may show if there is an issue somewhere
 
You could look into a OBDI or OBDII gauge, reads everything from your ecu for you. Check tryg's thread he has one for his CJ, but you can get them for CE's as well just i think it would be the OBDI cause its older
