Rim/Tyre Sizes CJ Lancer

In probably 2-3 weeks I'm looking to get a new set of Varrstoen es3's. This is my first time buying rims, so I'm a little unsure on sizes/offset.
Currently I have CJ VRX rims.

And I'm wanting to upgrade to these, except 18's and with lower profile tires.

My question is, what offset, and width do I get? I'm really unsure and have been reading a lot but I find it very hard to understand.
