Hey Guys,

These are the wheels i'm looking @

i have been quoted $940 for the package.
i got told i get the Bridgestone super kat tyres, was wondering if there any good? he told me there the best tyres they have?

he than said if i wanted a cheaper wheel it would be $880.

+45 offset is quite high, too high IMO if youre planning to run 17 x 7s.

My offset is +42 with a 205/40 tyre on 17x7 wheel and I get some rub at full lock sitting at stock height.
 
Sorry i forgot to tell you what size i was going to get..
i have a CE lancer, so i was thinking to only go up 15 or 16's .
 
I'd go for the 16 x 6.5" rims as opposed to 17s and 15s probably look fairly small. You'll want a bit more meat in the size of the tyre's side walls to soak up Sydney's *poo* roads...

Supercats though I am pretty sure are a very budget tyre from Bridgestone and moreso aimed at long wearing and being cheap (Bridgestone class them as being an Entry Touring tyre). If you are worried about grip and handling then I'd look at a different tyre. Kumho KU31s are pretty cheap but they still provide decent performance around town and are very good value for money...

i was looking @ 16's in the first place, but kale wasn't to sure cause i'm still on my l's & i might scrape them.
i'm not getting them for awhile as i have rego && need my timing belt & major service on engine and gear box done :(
