Just started my build yesterday , if anyone has any reliable body kit manufacturers please post.


also post pics of your build so i can get some decent idea's .

It's in CJ lancers. So I think it's be the same as hatch/sedan. Lol

There is a few on eBay at the moment I think. Ranging from $1200 inc postage to like $2500 inc postage. Personally, only do it if you're going for spastic levels of performance where ~10kgs would actually matter.

Coulda sworn they did them in Evo X style so try searching US websites. Problem is you will be hard pressed finding much in Aust I would suspect and it's risky importing one from overseas.

I beleive Seibon is supposed to be reputable but some searching on the net will answer that for you....

Keep in mind these aren't ADR approved, your insurance could be voided in a crash (potentially including third party insurance if your bonnet shatters and injures someone in a crash) and you will be a cop magnet. But if you are dead set keen on one then MUSpeed is probably your best bet.

Also keep in mind due to the weight and what not you should fit bonnet pins to hold it down and you must use the recessed head ones as the other types with an external clip cause injuries in the event you hit a pedestrian.
 
use some quality carbon wrap?

unless done properly so water does not run straight into the engine bay dont waste your time.
but you can try carmate.
 
hey hens got any reliable places to purchase the carbon wrap???? looking at doing roof boot and bonnet??
