Lancer CJ, VR, VR-X, RX - What's the difference?

Hey guys

I'm a little confused about the differences between some of these models. Assuming they're all 2010, I've figured out that The VR-X is just the VR with a body kit and a different spoiler.

What's the go with the RX?

Cheers!

It's just a badge they use to determine different trim levels and factory options. Basically your ES is your bog stock base model with 0 frills unless you optionally add them. RX, VR and anything else with a dumb misleading badge is a halfway model between an ES and a VRX which changes trim colours or patterns, maybe factory alloys, that kind of crap. VRX is usually the model that comes with all the bells and whistles, with some options available like a sunroof. Then you have a GSR which is sport-back only and is Mitsubishi's way of smashing every option into 1 model at a cheap price, while also destroying and pissing on the GSR badge at the same time (GSR's are traditionally AWD and turbo, the CJ GSR sport-back is none of those things). Then you have a Ralliart and an Evo 10.

VRX has a 2.4L engine where as the VR and RX were just more optioned ES lancers with the 2.0L engine
