kenwood head deck... rattles with a cd in it

i bought a 130$ head deck on... monday i think it was, and its been rattling. i had no idea what it was, so i took it out n put like, foam n stuff round it n stuff.

didnt fix the prob.

as soon as i ejected the cd i had inside it... the rattling stopped! oky correct me if im wrong, but head decks arent suposed to rattle when u have a cd inside of them...
 
Is it rattling inside the unit or is the unit rattling inside the plastic shroud/faceplate thingy?
 
its when i put the cd in, it rattles. like, the lil readder for the cd, keep hitting the actual cd :( i think im going to take it back
 
When the cd player is work some head units can vibrate slightly as they spin the cd, its possible that if it wasn't in tight that could cause it to rattle
