Good morning from Bunbury WA.
Trying to help out a friend who purchased an '02 CS Lancer but has managed to wipe out the front left headlight.
She was told that her model is different to the Australian equivalent - sounded like she might have picked up a grey import?
Can anyone confirm??

Hey mate,

By the looks of it, all of the plate work shows that it is a regularly delivered car, noting the Mitsubishi Australia industries stamping.

The CS is kind of the middle child for the normal CE-CH chassis, so they are less common. Perhaps the person who told you this hadn't seen this model before? Either way, no import plates, all stamped Australian, shes as aussie as oi oi oi

No worries at all mate. Try FB marketplace. Considering it's a relatively small part, I'd imagine most sellers would be interested in shipping too.

Howdy, CS is the universal term for a CH or a CG.

The one in the pictures is a CG Lancer. Worry more about the CG part than the year model exactly.
