humming sound at high rpm’s after timing belt replacement

So basically, my car recently snapped a timing belt, bent 8 valves, all that jazz… I replaced the head and timing belt

And after a test drive, I get a humming above about 3.5k rpm… kinda higher pitched, and it wasn’t there before… I’m guessing it would have to be something with a belt or pulley, but no idea, I’m just really worried it’s timing belt related

Has anyone here experienced this and is it something to be particularly concerned about?

this is not my car or video, but it is an identical sound… on this car it was exhaust, taken it to an exhaust shop and they believe it’s the resonator so, just getting a whole new mid pipe without it, I’ll update if that fixed it
Update… though the resonator was rattling, it was not the sound… next I’m suspecting downpipe headshield, I’ll take it off and see if the problems resolved
