ECU connector thingo

Hi all, as I clearly don't know the name of the thing I couldn't search it so I resorted to asking.
Does my 99 CE have a cord to connect the ECU to my computer or other devices?

OBDII port, for diagnostics and reading sensor data
or tectrix cable for flashing

Sorry again for the ignorance, but I guess My car comes with the plugs for the OBDII port, but not the cable?

no your car does not come with the cable, otherwise it would be getting tangled up in your feet when you drive. you will need to buy one.

99% sure yes. Any type of OBDII device thingo should work

well it is cheap enough buy it and give it a try, but that will only give you CEL fault codes I do not think it will reflash the ECU

Yeah I didn't it did, where is the plug located? I have searched for it in both the drivers well and passengers footwell
