cluster mod issues.

Hey guys. I'm new to auslancer so go easy please :) have currently changed my cluster lights to smd 6 bulb blue. And its awesome but my needle looks purple with the blue lights. Any one have an easy fix? I was thinking of putting coloured paper behind the needle but I'm stuck as to how I get the face plates off. Helppp.
 
That's the problem with putting blue lights in with orange needles. Blue + orange = dull purply.

What you could possibly do is buy white lights, then put blue paper behind the dials so the dials will still be blue but the needles with then be orange. At least then you will be able to see them.

Okay, so on further inspection the light from behind the gauge travels out The centre of the needle and down it to illuminate it... I have this on every gauge exept my spedo... Any suggestions? This is [album][/album]most of my problem.
 
I've no idea what you mean by no needle light for the speedo.
All needles light up the same way, the light that comes thru them will be from the lights you just replaced. That's why they're looking purple, from the blue lights you put in.
Put in white lights and you'll be all good. White for the speedo is MUCH MUCH MUCH better than blue
