Bumper Repair?

Some ****head has clipped my back bumper in a carpark and driven off, i dont no if the picture helps but its not badly damaged just some missing paint and some of the culprits paint, ive never repaired scratches before so any helpful descriptive tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

cheap fix: get some cut and polish or even thinners just be quick . and polish the red off then get some silver paint and touch up the scratches ... even if u have a silver spray can just spray into the cap then brush touch it onto the scratches will look good enough =]

or

pay the 2 - 300 or watever to get it re painted .

check the wreckers. may be able to pick one up in the same colour for cheap.

thats nothing man... i mate of mine was steering the car while we pushed it back up the drive way ( dead battery) and didnt put the brake on quick enough and cracked right throught it -_- ... glue and zip tie time
