Brightest lights for the CE Lancer?

Hey all! At the moment in my 1998 CE lancer I have some white headlights, they look nice but I can't see jack s*** high or low beam, just wondering the best and brightest headlights I can put in without 'modding' anything? Adam

philips diamond vision? its the highest before going into HID i think

Diamond Vision are the whitest (coolest) Incandescent but they most certainly are not the best for vision. I would look at Philips Power2Night if you are after vision and not just looks...
