Has anyone made one of these? I imagine you could just get the carpet from the boot and cut the wood around the edge of the carpet and it should drop in. But has anyone done like a door hinge for the boot well? Also, what size wood would be best for the job?

or even google, sure we are here to give answers, but thats a very simple question to google as many a person has done it to many different cars
there would most likely also be plenty of diy's out there
might also be helpful to do a very rough sketch of ur boot floor and plan it out on paper
another handy hint, makign the wood pannels, first get some large cardboard boxes from a shop lay it flat trace the shape onto it, cardboard is alot cheaper and easier to work with than wood for planning
then after you have your pieces planned on the cardboard, tract the carboard onto the MDF/wood /watever material ur using and cut the material, then trim where needed etc.

iv done one on mine, never got around to finishing it, but its good enough

for mine, i used 12 or 15mm MDF
everything you need for this can be purchased from bunnings (i can spend hours in there!!!)
but when were ready to sing, we step up to the microphone and it comes out something like this *cue bass*
i cant remember if i have any pics of it all carpeted up, but you get the general idea
