Bad paintwork - Touch up paint/paint pen/other alternatives

okay so now im coming to the end of my build *laughs hysterically * and the last thing that bugs the *poo* out of me is the paintwork its got chips and rust spots all over it, im wondering how i can go about getting it all fixed im opened to all suggestions at the moment im looking for ideas on how to fix my car up all pretty again
