Anyone replaced rear 1/4 seals?

Hey all
Has anyone ever replaced the rear 1/4 window seals in their coupe? Mine are all cracked from the sun & weather & just got quoted $150+ for a mob to come out & do it which I really don't want to be paying so am wondering if this is something a gumby can do or is it best left to the pro's?
Any tips, advice & where to get new seals from would be most welcome.

yeah im in the process of doing this too i am just going to go wreckers there ones were alot better condition
and use rubber cleaner/renewl on them. only hard part is just taking out the panels on in inside of the car to get at the windows
then rest is pretty straight forward but $150 bet the new seals are only like 40bucks rest is them being a bastard lol
 
when i got my new windscrean thanks to ...... i asked him bout it and was told they are very hard to get out as they need to be cut out from the inside, and at $80 an hour i would leave it up to the pros
 
yeah i dont know ive done it on other cars replaced it but im not to sure about
what it will take on the lancer
