1.8l gasket kit

Head gaskets alone are around 100. More like... 300ish. Plus more if you want seals, belts, water pump or bushes.

what the seller said

It is a full set that will suit the cc so long as it is not a turbo.
The only gaskets not included are the one that are factory sealed with silicon like the sump is.
Basically without opening the pack it has head gasket , front and rear seals , valve stem seals , valve cover , spark plug , manifolds and afew more that im not what they are.

just go into you local supercheap and order a 4g93K vrs kit. it comes with
head gasket
intake manifold gasket
exhaust manifold gasket
oil pickup gasket
first exhaust gasket (manifold to front pipe)
valve stem seals
camshaft seal
some even come with a tube of rtv silicone(80% of the fluid sealing gaskets in our motors arn't actualy sealed with gaskets at all)

the water pump gasket is done with either the gasket included in the waterpump or with rtv silicone

The kit will come with a cork type sump gasket, do not use the sump gasket, use high temp silicone only

Hello,
I haven't posted much....but I would like some advices again. I have a Pajero io with a 4g94 engine. I am replacing the timing belt. I got a full kit. The old water pump (genuine) didn't have a gasket, the new one (Dayco) come with a thin paper gasket.
Should I use the paper gasket or not ? As for sealant I have some Loctite 518 (to use with the gasket ?) or Threebond (without the gasket ??) Any advice welcome on what sealant with or without gasket.
Also I have to replace my rocker cover gasket, is the 4G93 the same as the 4G94. Is it worth buying a silicone one , I saw some on ebay for the 4G93 (not for the 4G94)
Thanks

Paper gasket is fine for the water pump, it doesn't actually have a rubber gasket. Loctite will also work well as long as you apply it correctly. I've never put it on a paper gasket though, probs wouldn't recommend that. 4g93 and 94 aren't the same. Just get a rubber gasket set and let a mechanic do it, then you can blame him if it leaks.
