The overseas performance variants of the coupe CE received a trunk brace similar (or identical?) to that that the Evos got as well.
Does anyone know or can find out the part number for them?
They can be spot welded in for some extra rigidity.
Here is one from an Asti RS (coupe with 1.6 MIVEC motor)
