white door handles?

im wanting a cleaner looking car so im looking out for white door handles to blend in with the car. but i cannot find anything on ebay
i was thinking i would have to go get my current ones painted professionally, but was hoping for an easier option of just buying them straight out.
anyone have info?
 
yeh i agree, painting them is the way to go, im going to do the same wen i get some money along with black window frame and white mirror surround

shouldnt cost too much i wouldnt think
you could even do it yourself if your game :p

but ebay only has chrome and stock black ones
so u will have to paint
 
i would think that'd cost at most $50 for them be done professionally - id be very VERY surprised if it cost more than that - from memory i was quoted bout $50 to paint the side mirrors of my car

nah the only thing hes helped me with really is side indicators and putting my roof lining back in.. i think ill get a quote somewhere, if its 50 then for sure!
 
if you cant buy 2nd hand white handles from a wreckers which is going to be hard then definately get unpainted plastic handles and paint them yourself.here's why you should paint them.
1.its an easy job to prep them.just a sand with 400 grit paper and then 800 grit paper.
2.spray some plastic primer.
3.you can buy the colour coded paint from repco or autobarn,buy the clear coat as well.
4.spray 2 to 3 coats of white to get good coverage.then 2 to 3 of clear coat.
done :D

no matter who paints the handles,the colour will be slightly different to the actual door.this is because the paint on the door was sprayed years ago,has probably faded.the only way to get it exactly the same colour is to blend the paint which cost alot more than $50 :lol:
why pay a pro $50 to paint something you can do yourself in 1 day and learn some skills while you do it.
it will still look good if you do it properly so go for it girl
 
they r small, so it should only be 50ish$$$. i got quoted 100$ from my local pannel beatter to get 2 eyelids painted... NO?!
