wheel alignment

hey everyone. I have a 04 CH lancer ES and i was just wondering if anyone knows the standard wheel alignment specs. and also I noticed on the rear lower control arm that there is a bolt with a cam and also one above i assume one is for camber and one for toe? but i dont see anyway of adjusting camber on the front could anyone please tell me if you can adjust camber on the front and if so how?
 
Pay 65 bucks and get a type shop to do it with a laser level wheel alignment.
Your not thinking of doing it your self are ya?
 
Oh ok i wouldn't know. I know where i get mine done all the specs are in the computer on the alignment machine maybe you could stop by a wheel shop and ask them to give you the info.
