hi guys. hunting around for a stock cat. where i am from annual MOTs are disgustingly stringent.
long story short, my 1.8 swapped car has been using a lower half extractor onwards to muffler system from a 1.3, and enough is enough. I need to do it right and fit the correct exhaust on. Hunting around for a cat or if anyone has one out of the car, would you help me out with some exact measurements?
1. length of cat from flange to flange.
2. length of flange and length of the 2 holes on flange from end of end (extractor side)
3. length of flange and length of the 2 holes on flange from end of end (main exhaust pipe side)
I am asking, because Magnaflow (exhaust component company in USA) makes bolt on cats for their CK (our CE) Mirage coupes but herein lies the problem; the part numbers for their cats differ to the rest of the world. I know, i checked on ASA. I would prefer to buy 1 new but its a bloody gamble. I would hate to fly one in and find that the flanges dun line up or are completely different or some nonsense.
