Rusty fuel tank

Just need some advice on any ways of cleaning a really rusty fuel tank or take it somewhere in Victoria to get treated
There are plenty of ideas on YouTube but wondering if anyone has had success cleaning or getting someone to clean it

I can't imagine trying to repair a rusty tank will be cheap, have you looked into the cost of a used one in good condition or a new one (I have no idea if anyone makes them)?

there are kits out there.

pending on how bad it is, its probably best to look for a second hand on in better condition.

ive cleaned and repaired a few motorbike tanks over the years now simply due to the fact a second hand tank was $700+
