plug leads to avoid for evo 1 2 3 purchased from FITZRACE

recently I purchased some plug leads from ebay. from FITZRACE
the leads are made by Arospeed and dont have the right angle plug end at the coil pack end as the genuine lead does...hence because the wire is pointing vertical the lead hits the bonett as it closes. The preSsure applied will eventually crack the insulation and the lead will short out.

Whilst after some days of pictures and emails I was offered a refund by the seller FITZRACE. I am just annoyed enough to refused the 83 bucks and keep the leads to show people how badly they fit.

I will post the pictures I sent to the seller FITZRACE showing under bonett that the leads hits...factory leads end etc


yes this is a rant...but since the seller implies mine is the only sent that they have sold where he has had a complaint. I am guessing there wont be a design change.

Ive spoken to him about gettin me a jasma evo3 cooler, he doesnt seem too bright

the response I recieved from fitzrace varied from dull customer service to insults.

seriously...some may say Im a grumy old fart!! BUT I did go out of my way to show the problem in a business like manner. I sent good pictures and more or less told him what to do ...change the coil end plug to a right angle and problem solved. Now most would have thought that maybe he could send me the plugs and maybe I could do it which would have been fine. BUT no David at FITZRACE decides that he will acknowledge the problem and send me a replacement set..... and THEN instead changes his mind. implies Im a liar and that since the manufacturer of these knock off leads says they are right ...they must be right.

some of his comments werent particularly smart either....he asked me this. Mate, u think I am stupid? what would you have replied with? lol

cant understand how he stays in business. I might contact again and see if DAVID actually is the owner. My paypal transfer show an asian name....
