Hello
I just took ownership on Saturday of a black a 07 velocity 150k and with a broken clutch.
I have taken everything conected to the box off ready to remove box next weekend.
The cheapest good clutch i could find is $330.
I need to replace inner and outer axle seals what is the part number for the seals. (I have not searched.)
Well i look forward to driving and talking about my new toy.

Welcome.

I personally don't know what the part number is for the seals but a search may be the answer. I'm personally a ce mirage\lancer user.

Hope you show pics of your ride

So I got a clutch from sparesbox $285 and 2 oil seals from Mitsubishi $66.
I pulled the box and now need to remove flywheel to be machined and the bolts a so freaking tight some are for another day.

What are you using to undo them? If you have got a compressor and quality air impact/racket gun it should be easy enough. I remember way back many many years ago, we rigged up a bike chain system to hold flywheel, 1/2 or 3/4 inch socket, with one of those heavy 4ft long cast hollow floor jack handle for leverage, but wouldn’t recommend it.
Better with impact air gun or decent battery powered impact/ rattle gun.

I was using brute strength I have a log tube but I think I will try an impact gun. I need a 17mm impact socket.

Well if you put your suburb up, a club member might be close by who could help out ?

Thanks WM I’m on NSW central coast at Blue Haven.
I will be getting the socket tomorrow from SCA.
I’M sure I’ll get them off once I use my rattle gun.

So I got back to the flywheel bolts today, used my rattle gun and no good.
I applied heat and gave the a hit with a hammer then used a breaker bar and finally removed the flywheel.
Took it and had it machined for $80, now it looks like new.
Next days off and I’ll have it done.
I bent a bolt (that holds the box to block) I used to hold the flywheel while I undid the bolts.
Now new bolts for flywheel and the other box bolt.
