MUT 2 scan tool

Does anyone in Sydney have or know of a mechanic that has the MUT 2 Scan tool for a 1999 MR coupe? reason i need this is i changed the dial faces from the stock black ones to white ones and put the tacho needle back on incorrectly. I then had a replacement engine installed and the mechanic set the RPM's based on an incorrect needle position so i do not know what my engine is actually idling at. Needle says 1200 rpm but it sounds like its idling at about 700 or so.
 
Might have some luck with TME tuning out in the far west, but not 100% on that.

Could take the needle back off and put it back to 0, unless that's what it's resting at with ignition off?
