Hello,

As subject states, where are good holes in the firewall to run wires etc? I'm fairly tall and cant stand being arched under there for longer than I have to lol.

Cheers

Stuffs me Have a 30 second look. Most likely be a rubber gromment with wires running through it on both sides, passenger and drivers side.

LOL, i know. But i really hate getting under there, was hoping someone would just tell what they used or something.

There are plenty, but if you want to run one of the really thick audio cables, bring a drill and your own grommet.

Are you talking about being and looking under the dash ? If so have a look from the engine bay side maybe.

why do you need a hole? audio cable for an amp?

there always the 'above wheel arch liner->door->under carpet/door sill->boot option' option

pull the washer bottle out and there is a unused grommet behind there i think other wise push it through were the engine loom goes through and silicon the hole up once completed...

Ahhh, thanks cheers guys, I was just doing some planning if I want to put an amp in the rear.

I am going to be installing a sub soon, so if I remove the washer bottle, there will be some spaces there to run a wire through? Mitsubishi really didnt make it easy for the cc owners lol.

Yer the hole is hidden under the washer bottle, thats where the engine loom goes through, hardest part is getting it from the inside because the heatproof matting and carpet hides it and it runs up behind the fan unit. Use a coat hanger to poke it through.

Ok, cheers, Ill shine a flash light through the glove box to help bring the wire through :D

another option is to follow the loom that goes to the fuse box inside the cabin on the drivers side you'll find it behind the drivers side guard. pokes in through the firewall and through the chassis rail right up to the battery makes it much shorter.
