Handbrake light is always on! I just did my rear drum brakes cylinders. Any ideas?

Replaced wheel cylinders because one is slightly leaking and the pedal was spongy. That seemed to fixed it.
But now I have another problem, the handbrake light is always on, even when the handbrake is all the way down.
Also, when the handbrake is fully up, my car now is able to drag itself away. wasn't like that before.
Help?

Car is CE1 1.5L coupe btw and I'm still using the same old shoes. just new cylinders.

Could be a couple things;
- check there is enough brake fluid, there is a sensor that will trigger a light if its too low
- check the actual handbrake wire, you need to unscrew the centre console, but there will be a single wire trigger thing that may have come undone

Not sure what happened, but I decided flushed the whole brake system one more time and the light goes back to normal. Maybe there was some air in the line?
