Evo 7 seats into cg

I got a really nice set of evo 7 gta seats for my cg. The fronts bolt in directly but the rear seats not so. The back of the rear seat needs the upper centre hook added to the body and rivnuts for the lower mounting points. The locaters have to be trimmed off as the cg body doesn’t have slots for them. The base of the rear seat is where I’m stuck. I’m guessing the evo floor pan is different as the seat shape underneath is different. Is there any way to make this work or am I shut out of luck with the rear seat?

I sorted mine by taking the trim off the evo base and putting it onto the lancer seat base.

I took the trim off both seats myself and had a trimmer fit the evo one over the lancer seat. It needed to be pulled tighter in a few places and cut down.

The evo back sat ok with the base model base?

Yup. The floor in the evo is different, which is why the seat is larger/fatter.

I got the back to fit. Had to trim back the mounting bits. Think mine are a tad different being out of a gta. Who did you get to re trim yours?
