engine wont start

hi crew new problem,
so after finally getting all my parts and the car back together then the coolant pipe leaked so removed half the car and now back together with so far no leak lol

I have a 4G94 2 litre just went to turn it over and at first obviously made some noises like alternator etc kicking in but now there's nothing no wind no nothing when I turn the key I've got
oil
door
battery
srs
handbrake lights
all light up there's loads of oil all new and have checked it repeatedly, battery and cables all brand new, door was open obviously and handbrake on

does this mean its something to do with startor motor or something unsure about oil light or srs
 
update, i changed the new battery negative terminal back to old one, and I've checked all plugs are on properly, its now winding over but no kick it wants to, I just took plugs out and cleaned them, I checked plugs are in the ecu properly.
I can smell fuel in the engine bay.
does anyone have a pic of the fuse box in the drivers side compartment maybe I've put they 2 relays in wrong or anyone got any other ideas, there's no use putting the scanner on it when it wont fire up

36 - IG.ADJ.TERMI


Ignition timing adjustment signal fault.
anybody no how to fix or does car have to come apart again
