EBAY QUALITY TURBO KITS

Hi guys I've been doing some research and basically trying to find a turbo kit for my CE , I've been reading up on eBay turbo kits and how terrible they are and everyone seems to have paid 500-800 from either speed daddy or some other one can't recall , but atm I'm looking at a $1,500 kit from "Top Street King" and am wondering if anyone has had an experiences with this dealer or just eBay turbo kits in general of the 800+$$ or if there's any positives of getting a kit to just add some DECENT products to it as well, cheers guys would be much appreciated!!
 
Not sure about brands but a mate said he had an ebay turbo from china go through 3 different cars with no troubles. Either way i'd go something tried and tested if you wanna spend money on a whole conversion kit. Ebay will probably leave you with a lot of fabrication work.
