DBA .......wtf with ur pricing?

Awesome!!

I should have my XHP Jets and Andrenalins on by 5PM, w00000t!! :D

So um yeah expect some pics up on my facebook by then dude!

DId you win lotto or something Ryan?

Spending up a storm lately man!

Nope, but I won a set of nearing bald 19s :|

Am up for either $500/decent tyre in 19s or just switch to 17s and in future its only $280 for a 235/45R17 Adrenalin!

$280 for 17" Adrenalins vs. $390 for 18" Adrenalins... Not a tough choice given I am chewing through a set a year/25,000km :p

Plus 17" should give me some better handling. 19s on a CJ are useless for handling, 18s aren't too bad but I still feel that the profile is still a bit to low on the CJ handling wise...

 19s are too dear. Decent ones are like $500/tyre (Dunlops) and the Kumho cost $300 but the rears were starting to shred on the edges, apparently I drive too hard for them!

But yeah the Adrenalins are supposed to be good so we'll see how it goes. Very different handling, lighter on the steering wheel and more roll during the corners as expected, seems to grip better though...

Yeah it totes does. DBA pricing relates directly to Ryan's tyres/wheels.

Can't believe you went with 17's Ryan. Your car is gonna look so spaz, post up some pics :p

Tis only a *poo*ty iphone pic...honestly though for 17s they dont look to bad I reckon! The handling is very different though... be interesting how it goes once the wheels are alligned and the tyres are worn in....

Will get some DSLR pics this weekend

17x7.5" with 235/45R17 Adrenalins. Anything over 7" in a 17 is very limited in choice of styles...

WELL...turns out my gearbox is pretty *fudge*ed, it needs a new bearing because one of them is disintegrating or something and the gears are starting to float and gears are starting to grind - goin in 2 days to get fixed >.< poor car

So I just read on ur facebook status. That sucks big time, guess it's gonna put a big dent in your savings??

well he said itll be in the $100's, so umm yeh it all depends if theres any damage to the gears or anything like that, at the moment he thinks itll be just a bearing, if the bearing fails too much could mean new gearbox -_-

put my car in today, getting the bottom sump seal looked at caus it looks like its leaking oil, even after hes re-siliconed it like twice before....im thinkin 3 times and its time to move onto a different mechanic ....but yeh cars gone in today to get her gearbox yanked our :( hopefully have the car back by this weekend otherwise early next week *cries* ...think when i get her back im gonna treat her to a wash n polish and then a cruise through the hills, a scenic cruise, nothing too strenuous on her poor self :( god - havent even gone a day and already miss her, just nice to know if i wanna go for a random drive that shes sittin out there rarin to go :( grrr poor precious :( want my baby back!! lol -_-

I know what its like dude. Had my RA molested by a big freakin QRX freight truck when I had it parked at work. Took 11 days to get panel beaten and painted back up. Went out of my mind without her. You'll get through it!!

MUWAHAHAHA!! :D me = happy chappy lol (that was kinda retarded)....

got a call back from mechanic and the 'input shaft bearing' was worn out so thats getting replaced, also he noted all the gears are in perfect condition, so even though i thrash my car like all hell on cruises, i must be doing something right :p muwahhahaha im so happy that car gonna be back together soon! :D ...on a different note he had to order a fear bearings and seals n stuff and 1 had to come from mitsubishi so lol thats why its takin so long - gotta wait for the seal to come from asian or queensland n stuff :D yayy car back soon! :D

just found out from mechanic that 1 of the bearing he wanted to replace is only available 4 weeks from japan or a week from some skovania or something near russia so lol - that wont be getting replaced, bearing used in the CE 1.5l gearbox supposedly, good old mitsubishi, - but luckily that wasnt the bearing that needs replacing *phew*

,if anyone knows the roller bearing its the one that supports something that goes into the diff in the gearbox lol *shrugs* cant remember what it was called
