MODS PLEASE STICKY THIS!!

So you want to buy an aftermarket steering wheel for your CC Lancer? Think again. There are two types of boss kits that will fit CC's and it depends on the style of steering wheel you have.

Type 1: Your grounding stalk is to the bottom of the centre of the steering column when you take your wheel off. You will need to buy a regular CC Lancer boss kit. Your indicator assembly would look like this from behind:

Type 2: Your grounding stalk is to the top right and further away from the centre of the steering column when you take your wheel off. You will need to buy a CE or FTO boss kit. Looks like this:

Alternatively you can also just fit any factory FTO or CE chassis steering wheel with no boss kit. I have an FTO wheel in my CC.
