CG Front bumper (02 Lancer CG>LS)

Hello,
I found this guys 03 Lancer LS on YouTube and love the front bumper w fog lights, have been looking everywhere for it. I think it could be a stock OZ Rally or Cedia bumper. It looks like the stock bumper on my 02 Lancer LS but has a lip making the bottom part flush with the top. If anyone knows where to find one of these, or the lip extension would be much appreciated.

Your right, OZ Rally or and standard CG VRX factory front with non standard repaint, except for the mesh grille that’s fitted.
Body kits available for the CG and CH are getting harder to come by, CG bit better options like evo kits, bumper bar covers for CG easy, lip spoilers not so easy as it’s all CJ now, you could find lip from wreckers, get them occasionally, or after market suppliers that might still have the mould, usual try eBay, gumtree, marketplace, someone might be wrecking CG vrx.
CH vrx front lip may possibly fit as well or look at universal lip spoilers on eBay or 1/3 other lip canards.

Alternatively to his suggestions, you can also find them on yahoo japan under "Lancer Cedia" as quite a few of them had the fog/lip combo as the VRX/OZR.
