CC lancer fan resistor (blower resistor)

hi
looking for the location of the resistors for the fan (blower as known in haynes manual) inside the car not thermo fan. the fan in the wagon works on setting 3 and 4 but not in 1 or 2.
have checked switch and it has no resistors in it. so looking for someone that may know were they are in the car or where is next best to look.

passengers side foot well under the dash obviously remove black piece of trim second box from the door.

^^ as above, Unplug it and remove the resistor and replace with another

well they want to charge a crapload for a used one at the wreckers near me and on ebay.
so just wondering if a ce one is the same as the cc.
also looking to see if anyone has one of these spare that works on all settings and would like to part with it.
