4g15 dohc swap

hey. i have a 97 ck lancer it came with a 4g15 carb so i decided to swap the engine head to efi dohc.. my problem is that the engine is turning over but i dont think i am getting current to the ecu or my distributor is dead
 
Have you checked you're getting spark? Could be the dizzy. Might be worth getting a multimeter out and turning to the key to ignition and seeing if there's a missing link.
 
Did the complete swap from single OHC carby to DOHC fuel injection, and did you have any luck get it going yet?
After you changed cyl head / fuel pump changed wiring harness it has to be either compression / spark or fuel if it doesn't fire up.
Like hugh-ce said in the previously check spark / dizzy with multimeter then move to fuel
