2006 CH Lancer 2.4l Coolant Outlets

I am replacing the coolant and can only find the tap on the radiator to empty the motor. The workshop manual shows one on the block slightly below a core plug on the right hand side of the engine when you are facing into the engine bay. I've removed the air filter box but cant see any sign of a nut or plug. Is there one?

If im not mistaken it should be on the back of the block beneath the intake manifold.. Ill check the manual and get back to you.

Hopefully it doesn't snap when taking it out!
Grease it up upon reinstalling it.
