yeh thats what i thought bout the black lights too but i put em in and they just didnt seem right... so yeh chrome just fits a lil better... however ill get my money back on em via ebay :)
OHH im now a transformer :) latest mod :)

transformer badge = tacky, but ur car pulls it off okay
 
ahh i dont think it looks tacky... i like it :) how ever i still got original one if i wanna drop it back on :) so yeh

on my car i have one front and rear, but its about 25% smaller and all satin black so its not as "in your face" sort of thing
 
i wouldn't mind a really small one just above my left side indicator.

I'm guessing from previous comments, retrofits are quite simple to do? Also just on the subject of projects, do they really have a good effect on HID's or are there benefits of having them with standard bulbs?
 
i have to admit, i would really like to see someone do up a quick little DIY on how to make these projector lights retrofits thingo's, it hasn't quite sunk into my head yet
 
yeah it'd be helpful, im guessing the projector doesnt requre the reflectors, so it'd just go where the globe is?
 
Yep. You pretty much have to pull your headlights apart and fit the projector.

Not easy, but not exactly hard. Check out their forums, you may find a guide.
 
same as dave said,

you hav to bake your headlight, pry it open, install the projector and then seal them up again.
