I have a cg 03 lancer which was completely fine until it lost its idle. We replaced the idle throttle valve and had adjusted the throttle cable adjuster, it seemed to fix the issue and the idle fell again. Anyone else had the same issue? How did you fix it? Or does anyone have any ideas?

How did it lose it's idle" >>>Need a bit more info like what was it doing the first time before you changed it (idle dropping up and down/stalling?) did you rule out other factors and what made you change it and did the same thing happen the second time? Did you use a new unit or secondhand?
