Turbo for the CH Mivec 4G69

Did this ever go any further? I have the money to do this... Not that keen on spending much more than 3.5k though considering that's almost half what I paid for the car.
At any rate, if not a turbo, I'd be keen to spend money on a tune... Anyone tuned a ch? Anyone turbo'd the 2.4?
Or is it completely not worth the cash?
That's what I'm trying to figure out how to do for my first turbo car build any advice or tips would be awesome

Brand isnt overly important, but do look at reputable companies that have a history in the part of whatever it is - for example, Garrett for turbo's, Turbosmart for wastegate if you go with an external setup.

My biggest advice on this is to read read rear. The USA forum of Miataturbo has a tonnnnnne of blokes that do essentially the same steps as we do to turbo their MX5's, and its a great source of information on the general process.

Thanks again bro for the advice

Wonder if this would help with my evo head swap on a 4g69 as I'm awd my ch vrx lol and using an evo head with dohc and turbo etc. Like a little sleeper haha yeah i know i could just buy an evo but think this would be a fun project and see if it can be done. I believe the 4g63t head bolts straight onto the 4g69 if I'm not mistaken but hey why not bit of fun i guess having a stock looking ch but with evo dna haha

head fits yes. But your comp ratio goes through the roof and boost will not help solve that. Have a look through AB’s green ce sedan thread

Comp ratio goes through the roof does it. There'd be a way to bring it down wouldn't there. I read on another forum somewhere about the evo head swap.
I looked in the CE threads but couldn't find that AB Green you mentioned. Have you got a link or page number it's on?
