Hi there quick question im looking at buying an EVO TME so how can i tell a true TME from one with seats and stuff added and made to look like one, is there info on the plates or rego papers thanx in advance
 
the engine number is stamped into the block to the left when looking at it from the front about halfway down. the TME motors will start with a B

Additionally, something people forget is the control arms are different between the 6 and the 6TME.

The 6 has an upside down ball joint with a bolt on bracket, and the 6TME has the regular ball joint same as E4 and 5.
